About Cassidy
I’ve spent over 10 years helping people build strength and find a way to exercise that works for them. I’ve coached people picking up weights for the first time, returning after a long break, and wanting to stay strong and active as they get older. My background also includes nutrition and food relationship coaching.
Over the years, I’ve learned that how you feel about fitness matters just as much as the exercises you do. If working out has always felt like something you have to force yourself through, or you feel guilty when life gets in the way, I want to help you find a different approach. You deserve a routine that supports you, makes room for real life, and helps you appreciate what your body can do along the way.
I love getting to know the person behind the goal. Tell me what you enjoy, what hasn’t worked before, and what you’re hoping will feel different this time. You can ask questions and give me honest feedback—I’ll listen and we’ll figure things out together.
My favorite moments as a coach are when someone notices they’re stronger outside the gym, or when they realize exercise doesn’t have to be something they dread anymore. I’d love to help you get there.

I don’t think there’s one “right” way to get fit. Before we build a plan, I want to know what life looks like for you: your schedule, your energy, what you enjoy, and what you’ve tried before. If a past routine didn’t stick, I don’t see that as a failure. It tells us something about what you need from a better one.
In our lessons, we’ll check in and then get moving. I’ll show you the exercises, watch your form, explain what we’re working on, and make changes with you as we go. I want you to tell me what you think, too. If you dread an exercise or the plan feels like too much between lessons, say so. There are other ways to reach your goals. Finding the one that fits you is my job.
I work with adults who are new to strength training, coming back to it, or tired of feeling like fitness has to be all or nothing. We’ll keep the plan clear and manageable, so training becomes something that adds to your life instead of feeling like a punishment.
