About Sreeram
My name is Sam, who is looking forward to tutor the necessary GCSE and A level subjects important to get into an engineering program. As a BEng holder, who is doing in MSc in Chemical Engineering, I believe in students needing a good foundation in STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics) subjects. The STEM field is what is required to develop greener technologies for a more sustainable tomorrow. So other than me working in the field to contribute to greening our future, let me help you contribute as well. I also tutor French, as I am a francophone and am proud of my language; so I’m passionate about teaching it to anyone interested to begin.

As a person with a BEng in Chemical Engineering and a native French speaker, I can tutor mathematics, physics, chemistry and French. I was a mathematics tutor during my A levels and have volunteered teaching French independently, thus confident I can teach.
For mathematics, the focus is for GCSE and A levels. Homework will be given after each lesson in 2 waves. The first wave is to be handed in by 2 days (by email). Feedback will be given, so they can learn from mistakes. The second wave are focused on type of question the student is stuck with, so they can get better practice. It’s ok to make mistakes, I’m here to help.
For physics and chemistry it’s for GCSE and A levels, I’ll make electronic flashcards to help students memorize formulae and equations along with definitions. For A levels, more mathematics is involved, so I’ll give homework. At the start of each lesson, I’ll quiz the students on what was covered the previous class, so feedback can be given.
For French, it’s from beginners till B1 level. The lessons will all be taught in French and it will focus on oral, written and reading comprehension. Homework will be given and will consist of practicing grammar, writing, watching French YouTube/cartoons, reading French manga.
