About Jagan Mohan
I have done B.Tech in Electrical Engineering in IIT Madras. I am at present preparing for Civil Services Exam.
I've taken up teaching kids as a passion and as a part-time alternative in my home town. It grew on me. I've loved sharing my knowledge and love for the subject with others.
I've had 2 years experience in teaching kids till 10th class and an year experience in preparing some bright students for JEE Mains and JEE Advanced.
I've seen a wide range of learning capabilities of children and have thus adjusted to better widen my reach of the subject among them.

I start by introducing the concept/topic by relating it to any day-to-day scenario.
Then I spend some time in making sure the student gets a gist of the chapter.
To further strengthen the understanding, I question them and make them explain it back to me in their own ways for I strongly believe that if you can explain something to some one concisely and without any ambiguity then you yourself have achieved some deeper level of understanding of the concept.
I then make them read the source material for getting used to the language and the terminology.
In the process of explaining, wherever I feel that I could better explain it by giving out a demo or by video explanation, I prefer it.
In the end, making the student understand the topic and make it a thing a joy and passion for them is my ultimate objective.
