About Tu
I bring both strong academic results and practical tutoring experience to my classes. I hold an IELTS score of 5.5, with a Speaking band of 7.0. In the Monash University Foundation Year (MUFY), I achieved 95% in English (High Distinction) and 98% in Contemporary Issues (High Distinction). These achievements reflect a solid foundation that allows me to guide students effectively.
My lessons are designed to:
Provide social and cultural knowledge
Strengthen reading and writing comprehension skills
Develop sharp critical thinking for higher academic environments
A typical lesson lasts between 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the student’s age and level. I have experience tutoring primary school students in Vietnam through private home sessions, which has helped me adapt my teaching style to different learning needs.
I teach students from primary to lower secondary levels, focusing on beginners and those who want to improve their English communication skills. My approach is interactive, supportive, and tailored to each learner’s goals, ensuring steady progress and confidence in using English.
