I've been struggling with general chem for a while, but Trey really helped me get a grip on the concepts, going slow from the ground up and making sure I understood each concept along the way. The way he broke down acid-base redox ended up being clutch for my exam. He was patient, explained things in a way that was easy to understand, and always available to answer questions.
