About Gaurav
I am an IIT Ropar graduate (mechanical engineering) and ex- scientific officer in Department of Atomic energy.
I am an engineer by education, scientific officer by profession, but at heart i am a scientist, who likes to understand how things work. I would like my students to not only be good at exams, but also develop a genuine curiosity for science.

I believe in learning a subject to have deeper conceptual understanding on the subject, rather than memorizing.
For this, it is useful if the student is informed about the real world applications of what he/she is learning. Since I have experience of working in a field where the scientific principles learnt are actually applied in real life, i can present the student with real life examples, which can help to arouse the scientific curiosity of the students.
