About Lucas
I’m direct, curious, and genuinely interested in people... I’d rather have a real conversation than give you a lecture. I bring a lot of energy, humor, and honesty into the room, and I want you to feel like you can take risks without worrying about getting it “right.” I’ll challenge you when I see something that can be stronger, but I’ll also meet you where you are and help you trust what’s already working. Ultimately, I want coaching to feel less like being told how to act and more like discovering what makes you compelling.

What We'll Work On
Eye Lines & Focus
Where are you actually looking, and why? We’ll refine eye lines, focus, listening, and camera awareness so your performance feels connected rather than “aimed at the camera.”
Body Language
What is your body communicating before you say a word? We’ll work with posture, movement, stillness, gesture, proximity, and physical habits to make your behavior support the character—not distract from it.
Voice & Vocal Presence
We’ll work on volume, pace, rhythm, breath, articulation, emphasis, and intonation so your voice feels natural while still carrying clearly through a microphone or camera.
Pacing & Timing
Discover how pauses, interruptions, silence, and the space between words can create tension, humor, intimacy, or authority.
Energy & Presence
Learn how to adjust your energy for a close-up, wide shot, live broadcast, podcast, commercial, or social-media video without losing what makes you you.
Authenticity Under Pressure
We’ll identify the moments where you start “performing” and replace them with specific, truthful behavior. The goal is to make your choices feel instinctive rather than manufactured.
The Camera as Your Partner
Instead of fighting the camera or performing at it, you’ll learn how to use it as a storytelling tool—understanding framing, proximity, eyelines, stillness, and how small behavioral choices read on screen.
