About Madeleine
I am a final-year student at the University of Cambridge studying Modern and Medieval Languages. I have 4 A*s at A level (English Literature, French, History and Art), as well as 11 8-9s at GCSE. I also have over a year of tutoring experience under my belt. I love to teach because I love chatting, building relationships with students and, eventually, seeing them grow to overcome the challenges that they face.

I aim to tailor each lesson to each student's individual needs by building a relationship and listening closely to what you want to work on. I believe it's easier to learn when you feel comfortable and happy, so I will create a welcoming environment where it is safe to make mistakes and to try again.
For GCSE and A Level students, I can help make mark schemes, which often seem nebulous and confusing, easy to digest. I have proven results in helping 11+ students pass the test. For me, tutoring is all about making the students confident in themselves first; passing the test comes easily after that.
