About Ross
I originally graduated with a degree in Natural Sciences (Biochemistry) from Cambridge University and I also have a second degree in English Literature. I obtained a First in both of these. In addition I have 7 A-Levels all except one with the top grade, so I have had plenty of personal experience with these exams.
I spent over 11 years teaching a British syllabus, mostly in Italy but also in Belgium and Taiwan. Now I have retired from full-time teaching and run my own Farmhouse hotel in Tuscany.

I always aim high but begin from wherever we need to begin. Taking an exam-centred approach, we first explore the material together but then focus early upon the questions that will be asked and what is required for a successful answer under exam conditions. Through feedback we can then arrive at a point where the student has the tools and knowledge to achieve a high grade.
