About Michael
I graduated from Cambridge with a BA in English in 1969. I received an MA from there in 1979 and a Dip TEFL from Manchester University in 1985. I have also studied at the University of the West Indies (Mona Campus, Kingston, Jamaica, and at the Open University in the UK. I taught at high schools in Jamaica from 1969-78, a Lycée in Algeria 1979-82, Prince of Songkla University, Pattani, Thailand 1982-84, practice teaching while at Manchester University in Lisbon, Secondary Schools in Coventry full-time 1985-2004; and in Coventry, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire and Leicestershire as a Supply Teacher at all levels from Reception SEND to Sixth Form from 2004 to 2015. I have been a marker of public exams since 1998 (and have marked both secondary and primary exams). I also have some experience in the preparation of exam papers.
