About Nikita
I am currently working internationally as part of a math education team in which I provide online support to the students, as well as creating study resources for them on everything from geometry to calculus.
I have also myself completed the IGCSE through A level syllabi (taking math up to A level), and attained A - A*s in every subject. I completed the entire course in a year and a half; the final year being self-taught. Through this, as well as mastering the content, I’ve definitely learned quite a few techniques for making studying effective and efficient, and I’d love to share these with whoever I can.

In my teaching method I focus on the specific needs of the student. I begin by establishing the basics to ensure a solid foundation upon which we can build. From there, we are able to move through the majority of topics with ease, as most things at this level are not difficult but do build on quite extensive previous knowledge. Once we have made certain that you understand not only the methodology but why it makes sense (this is important as everything coming together is what makes math enjoyable, whereas the reverse is extremely frustrating), we are able to progress to the next topic. Should you struggle in any areas, we will spend extra time exploring them from different angles and I will provide you with excellent resources I have used myself to help you. When you have a firm grasp of the whole syllabus, we can focus on exam preparation. Knowing the content is important, but being able to write a Cambridge exam is another skill entirely!
