About Arthur
As a dedicated and experienced tutor, I’m here to help you achieve your English language goals with patience, consistency, and a tailored approach. With over 14 years of teaching experience, I’ve worked with students of all ages and levels, helping them build language skills and confidence, step by step.
My background as a Bookkeeper has refined my attention to detail, organization, and clear communication—all qualities I bring to my tutoring sessions. Each lesson is designed to create a comfortable, positive learning environment where you can grow at your own pace and feel encouraged to ask questions and explore new ideas.
I’m passionate about helping my students succeed, whether they're just beginning or seeking to advance their skills. Together, we’ll build a strong foundation and steadily work toward your goals. You can trust that, in my classes, your progress and success are my top priorities.

I believe that learning should be engaging, practical, and tailored to each student’s needs. I focus on building confidence through a structured approach, balancing foundational skills with real-world application. My lessons are interactive, encouraging active participation, and I make sure to incorporate materials that resonate with the student’s personal interests, whether that’s through conversation practice, reading, or writing exercises.
I’ve been teaching English since I was 18, giving me over 14 years of experience. Alongside my main profession as a Bookkeeper, my side career as a tutor has allowed me to work with students of all levels, from beginners learning the basics to advanced learners looking to refine their language skills. This background has given me a unique perspective on the importance of clear communication and attention to detail.
Each lesson typically lasts around 60 minutes, which I find is an ideal length for maintaining focus and covering new material without overwhelming the student. However, I’m flexible with lesson duration and can adjust based on individual preferences and needs.
