About Seth

With me, you’ll have an immersive experience to really practice your Spanish speaking and listening. Take it from somebody who spent two years teaching himself Spanish and learning directly from native speakers–learning a new language is tough, but there’s no growth in a comfort zone. My wife is a linguistics major with a minor in Spanish. If there’s something we need help explaining, I’ve got some of the best resources available to me to help you.

About the lesson

Have you ever wondered why the Spanish you learned sounds so different than the Spanish native speakers use? Half the problem is understanding the letter sounds that differ between the English and Spanish languages. And knowing how to speak Spanish better will help you listen better! I know what it’s like to get pushed through high school Spanish without gaining any usable skills. If that’s you, I can help you get to the next level of speaking and listening in no time.

I have known Seth for several years. He is one of the most friendly and respectful people I know. Multiple times I have gone to Seth with Spanish questions and each time I have been met with patience and a response that is thorough and easy to understand. I cannot recommend Seth as a tutor enough.
