About Devanshi
I am a patient, organised, and encouraging tutor who enjoys making maths approachable and stress-free. As a university student studying business, I regularly work with numbers, data, and quantitative concepts, which keeps my analytical skills sharp. I take pride in being reliable, prepared, and attentive to each student’s needs, and I aim to create a calm learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes while learning. My goal is to help students not only improve academically but also develop confidence in their problem-solving abilities.

My maths lessons are structured, supportive, and tailored to each student’s learning style. I focus on building strong fundamentals first, then gradually increasing difficulty so students gain confidence as well as accuracy. I explain concepts step-by-step, use real-life examples, and include guided practice to ensure students truly understand rather than memorise methods.
Lessons typically last 60 minutes, giving time for explanation, practice, and feedback. I have two years of experience teaching children academically, which strengthened my patience, clarity of explanation, and ability to simplify complex problems.
My lessons are best suited for primary to GCSE students who want help with understanding concepts, improving grades, or gaining confidence in maths.
