I have given aerial dance and hip hop classes to groups of girls between 4-14 years old, I can also give singing classes (individual or group).

The most important thing is to find the methodology that best suits each person, and that they learn efficiently while enjoying it, in this way the chances of success are increased and that they keep practicing until they reach their goal.
I would focus on improving the student's knowledge of English (especially when speaking it) by improving their accent, vocabulary and level.
I would try that all communication between us was in English (exceptions can be made depending on the level of the student).
Before starting the classes themselves, I would start by knowing why they are taking classes, their goals, their level and thus make them totally personalized.
