I’m Rebecca, a Business Psychologist and Career Coach with over 10 years’ experience helping individuals and organisations navigate change with confidence and clarity. My background spans global wellbeing strategy, leadership development, and career transition coaching — working with everyone from graduates and parents returning to work, to senior professionals seeking more purpose and balance. I believe that change doesn’t have to feel overwhelming — with the right tools and support, it can become an opportunity for growth. My approach combines practical psychology, evidence-based coaching techniques, and a calm, supportive style to help you feel empowered and capable of moving forward. I’ve worked with multinational companies, SMEs, and private clients, and hold an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of East London and a BSc in Psychology from the University of St Andrews. I’m also BPS accredited in psychometrics and certified in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (Oxford University).
