About Ahmed
I’m Ahmed Mughni, a university lecturer and researcher with over six years of teaching and mentoring experience in the Social Sciences. My goal as a tutor is to help students not only succeed academically, but also see how Sociology connects to the world around them. Education & Qualifications: - PhD Scholar Social Anthropology - Master’s in Social Anthropology – University of Manchester, UK - Recipient of the British Council UK Alumni Scholarship for international academic engagement Professional Experience: - University Lecturer (6+ years) – taught courses in Sociology, Anthropology, Critical Thinking, Human Behavior, and Business Ethics - Experienced in designing curricula, developing reading lists, and evaluating assessments at undergraduate level - Mentored students in essays, dissertations, and research projects, with a focus on sociological theory, research methods, and applied analysis - Delivered lectures, workshops, and conference presentations on education, society, and culture Personal Interests: - I am deeply interested in how social structures, culture, and everyday interactions shape human life. - I enjoy showing students how Sociology explains current issues — from inequality and globalization to identity and social change.
