About Iyla
I am a Python tutor with over 6 years of hands-on teaching experience and a background in data-focused programming. I work with students of all levels, but I especially enjoy helping beginners and exam-focused learners take their first confident steps into coding. My lessons are centered around logic-building, understanding the “why” behind code, and practical usage. We cover essentials like loops, lists, functions, and error handling through simple yet effective examples. I often include small projects, such as creating a calculator, a to-do list app, or a simple game. Practice and repetition are key parts of how I teach. I give clear feedback and guide you to think through problems independently. With support and patience, anyone can learn to code. My goal is to help you feel empowered by what you can build with Python.
