I have a BSc in psychology and have always been helping others to be the best version of themselves. I have been in many roles that help people thrive, such as student mentor, mental health volunteer, youth crisis responder, intervention worker at women's shelter, human relations agent and social worker.
Using my specialized knowledge and experience in personal and relationship psychology, I can help you develop actionable strategies to navigate your life challenges. As for our lessons, I will be a cheerleader, a coach, and a teacher who will support your inner journey, wherever you are, by equipping you with evidence-based strategies derived from positive psychology, ACT, CBT, goal-setting, motivation psychology, and mindfulness. I will accompany and guide you through making positive changes in your daily life by first accepting yourself, finding self-love and self-worth. We could work on transforming your negative self-talk towards radical acceptance and radiant self-compassion.
