About Hannah
My name is Hannah and I have always been interested in mental well-being and health. I have learnt a lot through my studies and work experience as a mental health mentor, and would love to help others better themselves emotionally and mentally. I have a genuine passion for helping people and I take a very gentle and person-centered approach.

I have a tailored approach and help my students develop action plans and coping strategies to overcome any barriers they are facing with their mental health. I also offer motivation and offer a supportive and safe space to discuss any problems you are facing, enabling my students to feel more positive and motivated after our sessions.
