About Amala
I have a degree in Biomedical Sciences, where I explored a wide range of Biology topics in depth. With over 5 years of experience tutoring students at all ages and at various academics levels, I bring a dynamic, approachable style to every lesson. I love breaking down complex ideas into simple, understandable steps, answering questions anytime, and creating lessons that are engaging, interactive, and far from boring. My goal is to help students feel confident, curious, and excited about learning Biology!

I take a flexible, student-focused approach, adapting lessons to each student’s learning style. I use visualization tools—like whiteboards, diagrams, and examples—to make concepts clear and easier to understand.
Typical lessons last about an hour. We start by reviewing material together, breaking down tricky topics into simple, manageable steps. Then we move on to practice questions and problems, working through them together so you gain hands-on understanding and confidence.
I’m also available outside of lessons for quick clarifications via text, so you can get support whenever you need it.!
