About Alexandra
I enjoy teaching maths because I like helping others understand it and excel at it. Maths may always seem as one of the hardest subjects to most people. I myself struggled when I was in primary and early years of secondary school but I was determined to understand it. I kept practising till I started understanding and later went on to study it for A-Level and pure maths as a degree. Throughout, I also tutored different people which helped me enhance my knowledge but also helped them achieve a better understanding of maths.

My approach to teaching is based on individual needs. I start off by evaluating where each individual is at by going through some past papers or making a list on the different topics of struggles. I believe in learning the basics first as this is important to build confidence which helps in solving/attempting any questions regardless of the level difficulty.
