I am a BSC in genetics and physiology graduate with personal training experience for 3 years now. Aiming on helping people get their confidence back by designing their bodies at their own rate and pace. 80% nutrition and 20% exercise.

My method of training is through WhatsApp support groups , videos of workout routines and right form , as well as a meal plan beforehand. Our bodies are different so they need to be treated differently. Anyone is welcomed to be part of this journey.
