About Caitlin
I am a recent BSc Geography graduate from the university of Leicester with a year abroad studying environmental and marine sciences in Flinders university, South Australia. I have experience personal tutoring for both geography and physics with ages 11-16, and have completed a geography in education teaching module through the Royal Geographic Society (RGS) as a component of my degree.

My teaching involves open discussion based identification of areas for improvement with the individual students, as well as mini curriculum quizzes which allow me to create and design tailored action plans and sessions catered towards these areas. These sessions and set work will target content areas for further development, as well as focusing on developing the skills they will need to be successful in their future and independent studies in geography too. I can offer face to face ( or video due to Covid) support and assistance to students, as well as setting work to be completed outside of sessions and providing detailed feedback on work completed. I really believe each student is unique in the way they learn and take in information and I like to work with them as a team to develop learning methods together that are most suited to their needs.
