I start with an initial assessment to gauge the student’s understanding and identify strengths and areas needing improvement, then develop a personalized learning plan tailored to their needs and learning style. Lessons are interactive, encouraging active participation through questions and problem-solving, and I relate math concepts to real-world scenarios to enhance relevance. I use a step-by-step approach to break down complex concepts, provide regular practice problems, and offer continuous feedback and support to build confidence. Each lesson lasts between 60 to 90 minutes, typically held once or twice a week with additional sessions before exams. With three years of experience tutoring students from elementary to university level, backed by advanced coursework in mathematics, I have a proven track record of helping students improve their math skills, achieve higher grades, and gain confidence. My lessons cater to students ranging from young children (7-8 years old) to young adults (early 20s).
