Hi! My name is Megan and I am a senior studying Biochemistry at Brown University. I have previous tutoring experiences in biochemistry and a strong foundation in all of the chemistry prerequisites. I also have a strong background in anatomy, physiology, math, and English.

My lessons follow an interactive, student-centered approach to teaching. I start out by asking the student questions to understand a point of confusion and then explain the topic. I then will walk the student through an example, allow time for processing, and have them walk me through a similar example. Students engage with the information through teaching and it helps to cement new concepts. My lessons are for students in middle school through high school in any science course with a specific focus on chemistry and biology.
