About Urace
I am a dedicated Guitar tutor with over 7 years of experience teaching college students. My teaching philosophy is simple: learning Guitar should be fun, creative, and personalized. I aim to help students build strong skills while developing their unique musical voice. My lessons include chords, scales, music theory, improvisation, and songwriting. I also integrate play-along tracks, interactive exercises, and technology-based tools to make learning engaging and productive.
I adapt lessons to each student’s learning style and goals, emphasizing practice, performance, and confidence-building. I also mentor students in creativity, problem-solving, and self-expression through music. I enjoy seeing students grow as musicians, explore their own style, and achieve their goals. I design lessons to be inspiring, practical, and structured, ensuring students enjoy every step of their learning journey.

My teaching style for guitar combines creativity, critical thinking, and mentorship. I encourage students to explore music in ways that inspire curiosity and self-expression. By learning to improvise, compose, and experiment with different genres, students build technical skills while discovering their own musical voice.
I emphasize accountability in learning. Students set goals, practice regularly, and track their improvement, which strengthens discipline and confidence. I provide support while empowering students to take ownership of their musical journey.
Besides guitar, I can teach music theory, ear training, rhythm exercises, and songwriting. Lessons are fun, interactive, and customized to each student’s learning style. My goal is to help students become confident, creative, and independent musicians who enjoy the journey of learning music.
