About Kia
With 6 years of hands-on tutoring experience, I am a Piano teacher who truly believes in the power of education through music. I teach high school and college students and help them develop both musical skills and self-confidence. Teaching is my passion, and piano is my way of inspiring students.
During my teaching journey, I have guided more than 300 students. Some learned piano for academic purposes, some for performances, and others just for personal interest. Every student’s progress has added to my experience and growth as a teacher.
One important milestone in my career was seeing many of my students perform confidently at school and college functions. Several students also moved from beginner to intermediate level within a short time through regular practice and proper guidance.
My teaching style is calm, friendly, and structured. I focus on strong fundamentals, correct technique, reading music, and developing rhythm. I make sure that students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.
My aim is not only to teach piano but also to build confidence, discipline, and creativity in every student. I want my students to enjoy learning and carry their love for music throughout their lives.

My piano teaching methodology is based on communication, accountability, and integrity to ensure complete musical growth. I maintain clear communication with students to understand their strengths, weaknesses, and learning goals. Lessons are simple, interactive, and adjusted to each student’s pace.
Through accountability, I help students stay disciplined and consistent. I set clear practice targets, review progress regularly, and motivate students to improve step by step. This helps students develop responsibility and confidence.
Integrity guides my teaching approach. I always focus on accuracy, correct techniques, and honest feedback. I guide students in piano performance, scales, chords, rhythm, and musical expression. Along with piano, I also teach music theory, sight reading, ear training, and performance skills.
My objective is to develop not only skilled pianists but also confident, responsible, and passionate musicians.
