I hold a Ph.D. in Holistic Life Coaching and specialize in Integrative Hypnotherapy and subconscious reprogramming. With years of experience guiding clients through emotional healing and personal transformation, I blend professionalism with intuitive insight. My work empowers spiritual seekers and empaths to release blocks, align with abundance, and confidently create meaningful success. My teaching method combines Integrative Hypnotherapy, intuitive coaching, and a breath-based subconscious clearing technique I developed called IBT (Integrative Breathwork Technique). This class uses breath retention, energy work, and mindset tools to help students rewire limiting beliefs around money, worthiness, and receiving.
Each session begins with grounding and intention-setting, followed by a brief teaching on abundance mindset and subconscious patterns. We then move into guided breathwork and emotional clearing, using specific scripts and affirmations designed to release scarcity programs. The class ends with reflection prompts to integrate the shift.
What sets me apart is my ability to help students feel safe while going deep. I work energetically and intuitively to support everyone’s transformation, making the experience both practical and soul-centered.
This class is ideal for empaths, spiritual entrepreneurs, and personal growth seekers (ages 18+) who feel blocked in their finances and want to align with abundance from the inside out—without forcing, fixing, or faking.
