About Luiza
Five years of several yoga courses in Brazil enhanced my love for this activity. They showed me several benefits that yoga provides for the human body and mind. Also, I have great experience in teaching in several different fields of knowledge, which makes me totally capable to pass knowledge and experience.

My teaching methods are always based on the student's ability, also I always look forward to improve my knowledge. Yoga is a great exercise to improve self-confidence, ease anxiety, and several other issues that our daily activities can bring, with that I try to demonstrate some practices that can solve some of those problems.
