Do you have a favorite movie? - great, watch it in the language you want to learn. You like music? Look up songs you might like or sound good to you and translate the text and understand what they are singing about, and sing along. You like talking about a specific topic? Let's find the right words in German and we talk about it for hours if you like. Little steps and easy conversations can go a long way instead of forcing vocabulary and structure into your brain, just so you lose interest and forget them straight away.
