About Sara
I worked with students in various elementary, middle, and high schools as a supplemental English instructor for five years. Many of these students became my private learners and improved their scores by at least one letter grade. I look forward to helping you unlock words, sentences, and your own stories that only you can tell.

I combine more traditional techniques like reading aloud together with creative approaches like singing and dancing to help students 6 years and older surpass their learning goals. We will typically start each lesson with general practice and focus down into specific areas that need more attention. I am creative, patient, kind and empathic and aim to grow a love of story and reading in my students.
