About Natalie
From previous experience at Cherry Hill Tuition:
As a tutor at Cherry Hill Tuition my job is to teach and assist students, ranging from the ages of 4 to 17, preparing them for their 7+, 11+, GCSE and AS examinations.
Working here has allowed me to develop my interpersonal skills whilst further developing my communication skills, this was a vital skill to have because I had to have a flexible approach to my teaching due to the variation in ages and abilities in my class, allowing me to support every individual in the way they needed it.
Working with children and teenagers has allowed me to see their views and their ideas on the world but also different concepts, which in turn, helps me understand them as a person, why they say the things they do and this in turn is reflected in their work.

I am able to adap to every individuals need of all ages and all abilities. I am able to ensure that they get the support they need but also that I make them feel comfortable around me so they they are not embarrassed to ask questions.
I usually set an exam first and ask to see school reports and any example of work so I can grasp an understanding of the childs level.
