About Analese
Hello! I am a Biomedical Sciences student at a University in Florida with a strong background in Math and Science, having completed all of my math credits before entering college. While pursuing my degree, I discovered a passion for teaching through helping my younger sister prepare for quizzes, tests, and challenging class concepts!
What I enjoy most about tutoring is helping students learn in a way that promotes long-term understanding rather than short-term memorization. I believe learning should be a process, and students should feel comfortable making mistakes and asking questions without the pressure of getting everything right on the first try. My goal is to create a supportive environment where students can build confidence while developing a strong foundation in the subject.
I prioritize patience, enthusiasm, and adaptability in every lesson. Every student learns differently, so I take the time to explain concepts in ways that match their individual learning style. Whether a student needs extra practice, a different explanation, or simply encouragement, I am committed to helping them reach their academic goals.
Parents and students can expect professionalism, clear communication, and a genuine investment in the student's success. I strive to make learning engaging, approachable, and rewarding while helping students gain skills that will benefit them long after the test is over.

My approach as a tutor is centered around each student's individual needs and learning style. Before beginning, I review the student's class syllabus, rubric, assignments, and learning objectives to ensure our sessions focus on the most important concepts and expectations for their course.
A typical lesson begins with a quick review of previous material and any questions the student may have. We then work through current topics together using explanations, examples, and guided practice. To reinforce learning, I provide additional practice problems and study strategies for the student to complete independently between sessions.
What sets me apart is my commitment to making sure students truly understand the material rather than simply memorizing it. I am patient, supportive, and willing to explain concepts in multiple ways until they click. I also check in on student progress, adapt my teaching methods when needed, and provide practice opportunities to help build confidence and long-term success.
My lessons are designed for students in grades 1–8 who need support in Math and Science. Math tutoring is available through Algebra, and Science tutoring covers elementary and middle school science courses. Sessions are personalized to match each student's academic level, goals, and learning style.
