About Katie
I am currently in my first year studying Biomedical science, I have always loved biology and helping people.
I originally wanted to be research scientist (hence the biomed degree!) but I enjoy working with people and I find working in a lab too lonely! I am currently looking to study medicine afterwards.
With my recent experience through choosing degrees and universitys, i can help make suggestions and help you lookinto career paths.

I believe visual learning is key for a good understanding, especially for biology. For revision i have found talking through past papers and practice questions to be the most beneficial for students.
i normally teach for around 1 hour as any longer can be too tiring and therefore not productive!
I achieved A* at GCSE and A level biology, as well as A*AA in my other A levels(EPQ, Chemistry, Geography). I have tutored biology at GCSE and helped my peers through A levels.
I have taught GCSE biology to those in year 10 and 11 doing triple science. I can also help prepare for A levels
