About Willa
My fascination with Biology began with a curiosity about life, organisms, and ecosystems. I earned a B.Sc in Life Sciences, studying molecular biology, genetics, physiology, and ecology. Over the past 7 years, I have taught students at various levels, focusing on building conceptual understanding, observation skills, and analytical thinking. I adopt a patient, structured, and adaptive teaching style. I use visual aids, real-life examples, and guided exercises to help learners grasp complex concepts and develop independent reasoning. I aim to create an encouraging environment where curiosity and critical thinking are nurtured alongside academic mastery. Outside teaching, I stay engaged with research developments, ecological studies, and biological experimentation to enrich lessons. Witnessing students grow from uncertain beginners to confident learners who can analyze, interpret, and apply biological concepts is deeply fulfilling. I strive to cultivate both academic achievement and lasting curiosity about the living world.

Biology becomes exciting when students can connect concepts from cells to ecosystems and understand the processes that sustain life. My lessons cover cell biology, genetics, physiology, ecology, evolution, and organismal biology. I focus on visual explanations, real-life examples, and stepwise reasoning to develop a deep understanding, strengthen observation skills, and foster analytical thinking.
Lesson plans are adapted to the learner’s level. Beginners explore cell structure, basic genetics, and human anatomy. Intermediate learners study molecular biology, ecological systems, and physiological processes. Advanced students focus on genetics, microbiology, physiology experiments, and applied ecology. Exercises, interactive discussions, and problem-solving activities ensure steady comprehension and skill development.
