About Grant
I am passionate about helping students learn biology, I love teaching and talking about biology. But I'm still a human being and am a very real person. I understand that these subjects can be confusing and hard, my job is to show that they're not so bad. I am currently taking high-level biology classes so I know how challenging it can be.

When tutoring I try to pinpoint where someone might be struggling and help directly with that. I ask a lot of questions and try to get the student to be able to come up with the answer themselves by streamlining their thinking. I start by figuring out what the student already knows and moving from there.
