About Hana
I have tutored acedimically or been involved in teaching/training throughout my life. In middle school I taught elementary age kids, and more recently I worked as a TA in the biology department at BYU-I. I am straightforward but kind and patient. I am confidant that my education and experiances teaching as well as my passion for sciences will be a benifit to those I tutor.

I aim to help my students learn deeply. Biology is about systems and I find learning the big picture aid in the smaller details and vice versa. I love to help people learn more about the subjects I am most passionate about.
Tyipically I would ask the student where they are struggling and ask questions to gauge current understanding, or follow along with there course or class. From there I can explain concepts and structures verbally and with pictures following the study guide or learning princibles layed out in the students course work. As lessons continue I will retuen to material that was difficult until the student and I feel confidant in there understanding.
I can teach middle school and high school students, as well as college level intro biology and anatomny courses.
