I love helping students see science in their everyday life. I enjoy working with all learning styles and tailoring lessons to the individual student to help with science topics, study skills and tips for quiz and exam success. Whether a student needs help with scientific writing or lessons on cells, molecules, organisms, ecology or behavior; I can help them break down large ideas into easy to understand smaller concepts.

I've taught with Jennifer for over 10 years. I've observed her in the classroom a couple of times. She has excellent rapport with students.
She's very creative & tries to come up with unique ways to help all students. Jennifer is thorough, organized, and wants her students to be successful.
I highly recommend Jennifer if you need some biology tutoring.Jennifer helped both of my kids while in college level Biology classes at Pellissippi and both got exactly what they needed to do very well in their classes.

In the first meeting we will just explore the student's goals, learning style(s) and make a plan going forward. It is best if I have an idea of the topics, lessons, materials or assignment/paper/report guidelines before we meet to ensure I have a lesson, teaching aide(s) and can use our time efficiently.
