About Ella
I am a biological sciences student at the university of Liverpool going in to my second year. I studied further maths at As-level and maths, physics and biology at A-level. I did triple science at GCSE.
I have tutored primary school aged children at maths, and also did homework help across the board when I was nannying children aged 8-13.
When I was at high school I ran a space themed after-school club for one of the local primary schools. This evolved planning and teaching a lesson that included some sort of experiment and a learning objective to have all the children achieve by the end of the session.
Furthermore when I was in sixth form I helped struggling GCSE maths students with there homework in an after-school program.

I want to make science and maths engaging and enjoyable, while catering to each child's needs and allowing them to highly achieve.
When teaching (especially younger children) I like to give them maths tips and tricks to help with faster basic skills such as multiplication, division and addition.
