About Athina
I am a 20-year-old student at university studying biology. I have a passion for sport, especially tennis. When I was younger I would travel around the country competing in tournaments. I also love football and am an avid Man Utd supporter. I fell in love with teaching on my gap year where I returned to my secondary school as a sports coach. That same year I started tutoring and loved it straight away. I want to continue to try to help students achieve their dream grades and hopefully walk into their exams full of confidence.

I teach online using Zoom. I share my screen so that the student and I are looking at the same work. I tend to start each lesson with going through a topic and finishing with some practice questions. I have taught over 20 students all of different abilities for over 3 years. I have worked with plenty of students from SEN schools. Often the lessons are 1 hour but happy to do longer. I teach GCSE subjects and also biology A level.
