I have a confident, easy to talk to person with the ability to motivate students. I intially was a private tutor and then got scouted by a school to teach full time in maths and science.

I deliver a structured session to gauge their basic understanding of the subject in the first session. I gather information regarding the strengths, weaknesses and skills for their career interests.
Following sessions are structured with a 7 minute mini test, followed by answers.
Then deliver a learning experience which can range depending on the student.
Finally, another mini test to check what they have learned and retained from the new knowledge.
This is then checked again using a mini test on previous topic in the next session.
