• 1) Can you tell us about your first experience using a computer?

  I first used a computer when I was around 12 years old. At that time, computers were quite expensive, so our family purchased a single PC to share among all of us. My initial encounter with the PC was thrilling, as I was fascinated by the interface and how user commands could execute specific actions.

• 2) What is the technological evolution that has marked you most and what will be, in your eyes, a turning point in this field?

  The advent of CAD software, which translated hand-drawn designs into digital formats, significantly impacted me technologically. It was intriguing to observe how professionals were compelled to shift their thinking to create drawings using CAD tools.
  
  The introduction of BIM authoring software marked a pivotal moment, emphasizing information and data management. In my view, the construction industry is moving towards a more technology-driven future where software development will be crucial in advancing the AEC and BIM sectors.

• 3) Explain your expertise, your interest in it and, more broadly, its importance in the computer world.

  I have a strong command of various BIM authoring software, such as Revit, which I use regularly in my professional life.
  
  Additionally, my expertise extends to information management and data manipulation through visual and programming languages like Dynamo and Python.
  
  Computers play a crucial role in my daily life, enhancing my productivity, automating repetitive tasks, and facilitating continual improvement.

• 4) Do so-called 'visionaries', such as Bill Gates, Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg inspire you or do you have other role models?

  Bill Gates and Steve Jobs are undeniably inspiring due to their profound influence on technology and business. However, I am also motivated by leaders from various fields who demonstrate strong principles, values, and a commitment to pushing their boundaries.
  
  I hold my own set of principles and values that drive me to deliver services of exceptional quality.
  
  A quote from Steve Jobs that I often remind myself of is "Quality is more important than quantity. One home run is much better than two doubles."

• 5) Provide a valuable anecdote related to your subject or your days at school.

  A memorable incident occurred during university when a group of students, presenting a group project, were assessed by external professors. The project received a below-average evaluation.
  
  Observing the students, one professor remarked, "It's not important how many times you fail. Failure is a part of life. What truly matters is the journey that led to the result and how you respond to that failure."
  
  We learn on our path to achieving our goals, even through failures, which provide opportunities to learn from our mistakes.

• 6) What would you say to an uncomfortable person in front of a screen who says that "IT is too complicated"?

  Nothing is ever too complicated. The essential thing is to grasp the overall picture, understand the underlying logic, and know what you aim to achieve. I often tell my students, "Everything may seem complicated initially, but it isn't. The trick is to break it down into smaller, more manageable parts that are easier to understand and learn."
  
  I've witnessed many students and clients shift their mindset once we began collaborating.

• 7) What are your other passions, related or non-related to computers?

  My passions are coaching, photography, boxing, self and business development and technology.

  I have extensive experience in training, both individuals and companies, as well as in coaching. My approach is characterised by being friendly, patience and understanding, but beyond that, I am truly passionate about supporting people achieve their goals and surpass them.
