About Stacey
I am a qualified teacher living in Kingston, ON. I have received my Bachelors in Advanced French as a Second Language at the University of Ottawa and I was raised in Québec! I am currently teaching grade 6 full-time, and I have previously worked as a substitute teacher at the elementary level and I have been working with students at literacy camps for three years.

My teaching methods are individual based. I prefer working one-on-one and assessing the strengths of each student as well as their learning needs. Each lesson begins with a learning goal, and ends with an informal evaluation to determine what works for your learning and what doesn't. I am always open to constructive feedback and I appreciate when my students are as well. I tutor beginner language learners best, however I am able to work with intermediate levels as well.
