About Mithil
My teaching method blends traditional pedagogy with innovative approaches to cater to the individual needs and learning styles of each student. I focus on building a strong foundation in technique, including adavus (basic steps), hasta mudras (hand gestures), abhinaya (expressive storytelling), and rhythmic intricacies. Through structured exercises, improvisation, and creative exploration, students develop both technical proficiency and artistic sensitivity. I also emphasize the importance of understanding the cultural and historical context of Bharatanatyam, enriching the learning experience.
