With over 10 years of international teaching experience, my approach brings together yoga, Pilates, nervous system regulation, meditation, mindfulness and energy healing.

Perfect! I’m so glad I found Jessica through Superprof. As a complete beginner to yoga, I couldn’t have asked for a better teacher. In just a few weeks, I’ve noticed a real transformation. She also tailors each class to support my recovery from basketball sessions, which has been a huge help. Highly recommend!

Perfect! Jessica is really a great teacher. I have private yoga at my place and since the first time we met and started our session, I have always felt relaxed and calm afterwards. Jessica really knows my needs and intention why I'm doing yoga. She is very patient with me since I have a lot of blocked energy and a stiff body. Super highly recommended.

I can’t recommend Jessica highly enough as both a yoga teacher and life coach. Her sessions go far beyond physical movement — she creates a sacred space where mind, body, and spirit align. Best yoga teacher in the world. Always gives such calm vibes and still makes me work hard. Overall can't say enough good things about Jessica. I go to every single one of her classes.
I started both group and individual yoga sessions with Jessica in 2017 or 2018 and am gladly still working with her, in person when possible as well as through Zoom. We continued yoga through Covid and she was an integral part of my recovery team after a serious knee injury.
Jessica always has my back and knows what I need in the moment. She helps me grow and understand my body and soul connection. She has the unique gift of creating a safe space to explore and work through what ever life throws at me, on the mat and off.
