About Talia
Hello! I'm Talia. I have a degree in applied math and physics. I also worked as a college-level tutor for 2 years during which I helped students with calculus, mechanics, thermodynamics, optics, and waves and energy. This past academic year, I taught first year physics course as a graduate student instructor. Some anonymous feedback I've received from my students: "SO AMAZING. I am invested in the success of my students and I value an intuitive understanding over surface-level "plug and chug". I prefer teaching with the Socratic method -- asking lots of questions!
