About Fien
I love to teach and would like to keep it up while traveling through Australia. French is my second language as I am from Belgium and I started learning it at the age of 7. I’m very fond of French culture and literature and could recommend a lot of good movies, series and songs.

I have been a French tutor for four years and a teacher for two years. I have a master’s degree in French literature and in FLE (Français langue étrangère). I have experience in teaching high school students and adults on all levels (A1 - C1). I believe in an inductive approach, where you learn new vocabulary and grammar through working on your skills (listening to a song, talking about your favorite movie,…)

Fien has had a lot of experience in a school for language learning in Belgium. She can teach English, French and Spanish from A to C level (European levels: breakthrough, threshold, vantage and effectiveness) She had great evaluations from the inspecting team.
