Being a regular practitioner, I've experienced immense changes and breakthroughs in my mental growth and how to handle them better. This is the experience I'd like each of you to have. The mind is a beginningless continuum, and having the power to control our minds boosts our self confidence because we know we can make it happen through the power of our minds!
