About the lesson

Classes are offered to anyone who feels like missing out on something or just want to have a chat about what is going on in their lives and willing to improve it!
Lessons are structured as follows:
1. Warm up lesson: we have a chat and making sure our ways of working get along well. Asking about you, your goals, your backround so please come with any life experience or details you want to talk about!
FIRST LESSON IS FREE.
After this one I give you a little ‘homework’. If you don’t submit it – it is perfectly fine, means we didn’t match, and we are not working together.
Before the second lesson I work on your materials and figure out primary strategies, ask any additional questions if needed.
2: We talk through the strategies I offered and start working on the goals.
3 and following: are very customised, but I will surely introduce you 😊
